Returns & Refunds Policy
At LayerMade we want you to love your purchase. This policy explains your options for returns, refunds and exchanges. It does not affect your statutory rights.
Our 30-day returns promise
If you change your mind, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, undamaged and in their original condition. To be eligible, please contact us first at info@layermade.co.uk to arrange your return.
Made-to-order & personalised items
Many of our products are 3D printed to order in your chosen size and colour. Because these are made specifically for you, they are, strictly speaking, exempt from the standard change-of-mind cancellation right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. However, as a goodwill gesture we will still accept returns of unused made-to-order items within 30 days where possible — just get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement. Please email info@layermade.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will put it right at no cost to you.
How to start a return
- Email info@layermade.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll confirm the return address and next steps.
- Return the item in its original condition. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the buyer's responsibility; for faulty or incorrect items, we cover the cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. We'll email you to confirm once it's done.
